1. Rare earth oil-containing nylon is a polymer material with an average molecular weight of more than 100,000, which is 5 times that of ordinary nylon. Adding imported rare earth oil additives in the polymerization process increases self-lubricity, reduces friction coefficient, and increases service life. 5. The rare earth oily nylon has good insulation, corrosion resistance, aging resistance and low water absorption rate.

Application

1. Manufacture of mechanical bearings and bushes, suitable for heavy-duty low-speed and light-duty medium-speed use. 2. Manufacture of rolling mill coupling pin, instead of serpentine spring coupling, Ottoman coupling, oil-free self-lubricating effect is good. 3. Manufacturing conveyor rollers, bushings, and shim plates. 4. Manufacture of lining plates for cylindrical mixers in the metallurgical industry, silos, chutes, chutes, spheroidizing disk edges, and bottom lining plates. 5.
